The walk is the agenda

The steps

1. Write the building the way you would walk it: "main lobby with a pair of storefront doors with panic hardware, then the east corridor...".
2. The walkthrough builder finds the spaces, the openings, pairs, ratings and the hardware named for each, and orders them.
3. On the walk, mark each stop OK, an issue, or not reached, and add a note.
4. Download the minutes or print them.

What is different from MeetingX

MeetingX (weylandai.com) is a video meeting room for a building's team. Sitewalk is for the meeting that happens in the corridor: no camera, no sign-in, just the walk and its minutes.
